    Meet the Teacher Day Schedule

    - August 10, 2026 -

    9:00 AM - New LS families arrive via the lower entrance, receive a nametag and a checklist, visit the classroom, and drop off supplies.  
    9:30 AM - New LS families meet with Mr. Tipton in the Library (childcare in room 209)
    10:00 AM - 6th grade families arrive
                        Students may set up lockers and meet teachers while parents go to the Computer Lab to meet with Mrs. Ridge for a FACTs tutorial
    10:00 - 11:00 AM - Returning LS families arrive at the designated time based on the selected SignUp Genius time
    10:30 AM - New MS & US families arrive and meet with Mrs. Brown in the Library
    11:00 -12:00 PM - Returning M&US families arrive, set up lockers, visit classrooms, and the Great Room
     

    Checklist to Complete BEFORE Meet the Teacher Day


    1. Fill out all Web Forms through your Parent Portal on FACTS - Click here for instructions and click here to access the FACTS portal.

      Note: Prefilled Grandparents Day forms will be sent home with the youngest child in LS when school begins. These forms are also available at the Development table on Meet the Teacher Day. Please either verify the information on the prefilled sheet or complete a blank form here

    I have no idea what God is going to call my children to do. But I know that the skills that they are receiving at FCS—how to think critically, how to articulate their thoughts, how to be confident in front of others, how to be filled with the fruits of the spirit, how to love what God loves—all of these things will set them up for success for whatever they choose to do.
