Project Faith: Our All-School Fundraiser and Service Project

Complete the Project Faith Waivers - Just two quick steps before we serve together!

Participation in Project Faith requires two completed waivers for every participant—one for Faith Christian School and one for the organization we are serving. These forms are mandatory and must be submitted before students and adults can participate in any Project Faith activities, including transportation, service projects, or event – day programming. To ensure we have the necessary permissions and safety information, please complete the waivers by the deadline below. Volunteers cannot be permitted to participate without these signed waivers.

Monday – Greek and Roman Day
Calling all knights, soldiers, and gladiators! Dress like your favorite Greek Gods and Goddesses from Greek mythology! Togas are permitted with clothes underneath.

Tuesday – Tacky Tuesday
No matching allowed! Mismatched shoes and socks, stripes and plaids, crazy color combos, backwards and inside out, the wackier, the better! 

Wednesday – Beach Day
Shorts and Hawaiian shirts, t-shirts and hoodies from your favorite beach towns, straw hats, sun visors, and sunglasses! Boys may wear loose-fitting swim trunks that are mid-thigh or longer. No bathing suits allowed. 

Thursday - Team Color Wars Day
* Orange Olympians, Team color – ORANGE, Grades – K, 3rd, 7th
* Sapphire Spartans, Team color – SAPPHIRE BLUE, Grades – 4th, 6th, 9th
* Green Gladiators, Team color – GREEN, Grades – 1st, 5th, 10th
* Black Titans, Team color – BLACK, Grades – JK, 2nd 8th

Friday – Project Faith T-Shirts
Shirts will be distributed on Thursday, April 23rd, to all students and sent home for parents who are volunteering. (Remember to wear a long-sleeve UNDER your PF shirt so we can see the awesome shirt designs!).

Winners for best costumes will be selected for Lower School and Middle/Upper School for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday!

What can I wear?

Allowed:
• Hats and wigs
• Colored hair only if it can be washed out in a single washing
• Small props, but must be put away during class time
• Hoodies that are part of the themed day 

Prohibited:
• Face or body paint
• Covering your full face with any costume
• Inflatable costumes
• Pajamas or pajama pants and slippers
• Leggings of any type 

Regular dress code guidelines are to be followed regarding modesty and appropriateness. (Example: No spaghetti straps or midriff tops, length of shorts and skirts are to be no shorter than four inches from the knee, no flip flops, or slippers, etc.) 

If you do not choose to dress up in costume, you MUST wear the regular dress code, including tucking in your shirt and wearing a belt.
