Project Faith wouldn’t be possible without our Project Faith Committee—faithful adults who dedicate countless hours to planning, organizing, and guiding each service site. Long before the day arrives, they prepare project lists, gather materials, coordinate with partner organizations, and ensure every detail is ready for students to serve well.
On the day of Project Faith, they are the steady presence on the ground—encouraging students, solving problems, and helping turn vision into meaningful impact. Because of their leadership, students step forward with confidence, serve boldly, and experience what it means to honor God by serving others.

Project Faith is strengthened each year by our Student Managers—exceptional student leaders who step forward to support their teams with enthusiasm, maturity, and a heart for service. While adults handle the planning, Student Managers focus on leading their peers: helping teammates stay organized, offering direction, and creating a positive, encouraging environment at each site.
On the day of Project Faith, these students play a vital role in keeping their teams moving smoothly—answering questions, helping solve challenges as they arise, and modeling Christ-like leadership in real-time. Their presence brings unity to their groups and inspires younger students to serve with confidence and joy.
