A gift of real estate, such as a personal residence, vacation home, farm, commercial property, or undeveloped land is incredibly meaningful to our mission. Once approved by our Gift Acceptance Committee, a gift of real estate can also be helpful to you by providing you with tax benefits, and easing the burden of selling the property.
